Judy Ridder
Judy Ridder is Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Ridder has approximately 20 years of experience in the investment management industry. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 2003, she was the Compliance Officer at Roxbury Capital Management, LLC in Santa Monica, California, where she was responsible for ensuring that the firm was in compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Prior to Roxbury Capital Management, Ms. Ridder was the Compliance Manager for Bank of America’s Global Asset Management Division. Ms. Ridder earned a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Hayward.

Frank Lee
Frank Lee is Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Lee has approximately 18 years of experience in the investment management industry. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 1995, he was an investor-center representative in the Los Angeles office of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. Mr. Lee earned a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Barbara Aquino
Barbara Aquino is a Senior Trader. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 1999, she was an Institutional Trader with Wilshire Associates trading equities for mutual funds, pension plans, and hedge funds. Before that position, Ms. Aquino was Manager and Head Trader at William O’Neil & Co. in the retail trading division. She is a member of the Security Traders Associate of Los Angeles, serving as a director on the board, and was president of the organization in 1997. Ms. Aquino earned a B.A. in Philosophy from California State University, Northridge.

Noel Phenicie
Noel Phenicie has approximately 13 years of finance and accounting experience. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 2008, he was the First Vice President Controller for Countrywide Home Loans Global Markets Division and the Accounting Manager for Roxbury Capital Management. Mr. Phenicie earned a B.A. in Business Economics with an Accounting Emphasis from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Bryan Dario
Bryan Dario, CFA, is Assistant Director of Portfolio Administration. He has approximately 10 years of experience in the investment management industry. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 1998, Mr. Dario worked for T. Rowe Price Mutual Funds, trading mutual funds for institutional clients. He earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Dario is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Lea Shalev
Lea Shalev is Director of Human Resources. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 1996, Ms. Shalev was the Director of Human Resources at Pacific States Casualty Company. Before that position, she was the Export Director at Ginegar Plastics Products, in Israel. Ms. Shalev has over 21 years of experience in human resources.

Cathy Adams
Cathy Adams is Director of Operations. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 1998, Ms. Adams was an Institutional Custody Administrator at Wells Fargo Bank. Before that, she held various supervisory positions in both operations and administration. Ms. Adams has over 23 years experience in the financial services industry..

Stephanie Gillman
Stephanie Gillman is Director of Marketing Services. Ms. Gillman has approximately 15 years of experience in the investment management industry. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 1999 as a Marketing Analyst, Ms. Gillman was a Senior Communications Specialist at Capital Guardian Trust Company and a Marketing Associate at Mercer Global Advisors, a financial-planning firm based in Santa Barbara, California. Ms. Gillman earned a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Daniel Jeung
Daniel Jeung is a Quantitative Performance Associate. He has approximately 10 years of experience in the investment management industry. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 2005, Mr. Jeung worked at Wilshire Associates Inc. for approximately six years. He worked in various capacities during his tenure at Wilshire, including Relationship Manager/Product Development Associate and Performance Analyst. Mr. Jeung earned a B.A. in Business Economics, with minors in Accounting and Asian American Studies, from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Level 1 candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.

Ray C. Swan
Ray C. Swan is Director of Software Engineering. He has approximately 15 years of hardware and software technology experience. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 2007, Mr. Swan was a Business Applications Programmer at Attorneys Software Inc. and a Web Producer at Vivendi Universal. Mr. Swan earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

Thuc Tran
Thuc Tran is Network Administrator of Information Technology. Mr. Tran has approximately 12 years of experience in information technology. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 2004, Mr. Tran was a Network Administrator for Internet start-up companies, including inQ Inc. and US Search.com Inc. Mr. Tran earned a B.A. in Economics at Pitzer College.
